This is one of the most consequential programs I’m leading today: moving asset and inventory tracking that underpins government and enterprise operations onto a modern, real-time web platform — without ever letting accuracy slip.

- Migrating live government asset data with zero tolerance for accuracy loss

Key Learning
Stakeholder management: government rollouts require a different cadence of trust-building than private sector
Technology lessons: legacy thick-client migrations succeed or fail on data-migration accuracy, not UI
