Hi, I'm Mohammad Parwez, a Project Manager at SPAN Group with over decade of experience in intralogistics, automation, and supply chain solutions. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Technocrat Institute of Technology (2015) and am a PRINCE2® Practitioner in project management.

Driven by a passion for digital transformation and operational efficiency, I specialize in warehouse automation, asset tracking, inventory management, and logistics optimization. My expertise spans across WMS, AMR, ASRS, RFID, IoT, SQL, and data analytics, enabling businesses to enhance efficiency through cutting-edge solutions.

Currently, I’m leading 20+ concurrent projects, ensuring seamless execution from design to deployment. Some of my notable projects include:

✔ Digital Transformation of Asset & Inventory Tracking (Ongoing) – Developing a web-based, real-time tracking system for enhanced efficiency and visibility.

✔ Etisalat e& Smart Autonomous Store – Designed and implemented AI-powered, fully autonomous retail stores integrating facial recognition and real-time inventory tracking.

✔ Mondelez Bahrain Warehouse Automation – Led an ASRS-based automation project to streamline warehouse operations and improve order fulfillment.

✔ S4Assets Deployment (25+ Clients) – Engineered and optimized enterprise asset management solutions, enhancing tracking and reporting capabilities.
